Ooh, hark at potty mouth, dropping the C-bomb for no reason whatsoever.

You need to get a grip on those anger issues, you balloon. Odds-on your lass has asked for Angela.

Not at all mate, but this ex-mental health nurse doesn’t need you to complete a PDQ-4 to diagnose you.

My Mrs has never felt the need to ask for Angela, but I’m pretty sure you’ve been layed out on your arse for being a mouthy prick on multiple occasions.

Howay man FFS. Simmer down.

Yes but if we’d bought Tonali, Barnes and Tino first they’d be cheaper and would’ve of made a bigger difference to what you think they have. Vice versa then Bruno etc all become more expensive when we buy them and make less of a difference.

Not sure you are grasping how the transfer market works in reality. There’s no defined metric to a player price.

I'm not sure you're grasping that our earlier signings have been better, more contributive team members than our later ones literally irrespective of the price paid. Unless you think Livramento would've fought with the heart of a shop worker's son from Blyth and Tonali would've been playing through multiple injuries and dying his hair black and white if we'd bought them a year earlier?

You're claiming there's no defined metric to a player's price and then disagree with your own logic by saying that players we bought later would have been cheaper if we'd bought them first. Either it's not true or we can't know, make your mind up.

@Milanista Do you think Milan would've given us Tonali for half price if we'd bought him a year earlier when we were less successful?

I’ve not contradicted myself at all. The price of footballers and their wages usually goes up year on year in life. Individual value to their cost isn’t always based on ability.

Your argument is based on a bad buy in Wissa which I don’t think anyone would try and argue was a sensible use of money, even if he hadn’t of got injured and scored 15 goals. Maybe they would. It’s also based on one underperforming season in the league.

You are not grasping that on the eye it’s easier to say the initial signings were better, it was always going to be the case from the low bar that they were starting from and the less competition for them. Soon as everyone sees the players we are going for have something about them they start hijacking all our future deals.

If we’d signed Slobz (Liverpool) instead of Ramsey and Trafford instead of Ramsdale and Mbuemo instead of Elanga and Pedro instead of Wissa and Ekitke instead of Isak/Woltemade and Tosin or the young Man City CH instead of Thaiw you’d be singing a different tune about our scouting/recruitment.

It’s “laid”.

More importantly, I wonder what a current mental health professional would make of your initial, abusive and startling overreaction to an utterly innocuous post.

Maybe worth reminding how hard windows are going to be in future…
