We need to change the 4-3-3 imo, we aren't creative enough, we aren't giving our forwards players anything to work with. It doesn't have to be too much, but enough to create more chances. This away form is awful, and is just continuing, and we're being beat by teams around and below us now. Alarms bells should be ringing.
