Much better away performance. Having Hall and Livramento on the pitch makes such a huge difference for us.

Miley has made the spot his own today too IMO. Elite performance in midfield.

Smashing it today but there was a disgusting period at 1-0 where we couldn't string a pass.

Needs this because our away form has been diabolical

Go back and watch the 4-1 at Goodison when Isak did the mazy dribble. They dominated us for a lot of the first half.

I actually don’t think there’s all that much different from away games seasons ago, many of the recent disappointments, and a day like today other than being more clinical.

You can interpret that positively or negatively.

A big win like that will do wonders for our confidence away from home though, which I do think is fragile.

Got it right :)

Made the big calls, dropped a few and he's obviously put a rocket up them this week. Massively improved performance and 1-4 didn't flatter us at all,it could have been more. Credit to the players for raising the levels but credit to Howe also for changing the personnel and making it work, needed to be ruthless and was and got the rewards

Getting a fullback in january would be mint. This just highlights the need for it.

Expected it off Tindall ha but i wonder who that cryin/rubbing eyes thing Eddie did with his hands on the pitch after the final whistle was aimed at?

If only it was at the 5 silly fuckers who voted yes in this thread.

Fantastic performance, made them look silly in the first half. Still concerned at how we play 1-0 up, however, fantastic performance and result.

Oh, and stick that up your bollocks, you tarts.

Agreed. You could see the pressure release after we got the second and we began to play some really nice stuff.

Maybe it was a rubbing his eyes because he couldn’t believe what he’d seen with Thiaw scoring two headers.
