Probably also tells us that there will be some huge investments in the squad and infrastructure to even be able to lure him from a Champions League-team at this point in time. I think he'll give the squad a shake up, lift morale instantly and get an extra 20% or of most of them too. They clearly need a fresh voice with new ideas, a new vision and some organisational changes. Emery was the manager to give Willock his debut for Arsenal at St James Park, and Willock seemed very fond of him and his passionate involvement in the game from the touchline. Emery, much like Rafa, is not the spectator type who sits back arms folded and observes the game, he's right there on the touchline with the players, involved in the spirit and intensity of the match.
