Guest
Hegazi linked. I'd take him as cover while we wait for Lejeune.

Guest
Hegazi linked. I'd take him as cover while we wait for Lejeune. Yep. Sure he has a low release clause too I read earlier in the summer (£3-4m).
joeyt
£10mil release clause according to this http://www.espn.co.uk/football/soccer-transfers/story/3544401/west-ham-wolves-both-interested-in-west-broms-ahmed-hegazi-sources
Ikon
Hegazi linked. I'd take him as cover while we wait for Lejeune. Too ambitious, maybe a loan would be more realistic.

Twinport53
Í'd rather play Joselu at CB than Hegazi.

mrmojorisin75
The local press can fuck off for me. Instead of writing we can't afford him, they should be caning Ashley for not spending money we've fucking got. Well said. It's beyond pathetic. This is an excellent point. I'm going to get laid into Douglas and the lot of them next time I'm pissed. So In about half an hour.

Tiotes Witch Doctor
I have our net spend as -19 million if that includes a reported 5 million loan fee for Kenedy I saw somewhere.
Guest
Bryan, Rondon & someone like Hegazi and I think we'll have a decent squad capable of anything between 8th and 15th again...just nowhere near as good as it could be.

Altamullan
Question is - Going in to this season would you rather have Rondon & Muto* or Mitrovic & Gayle? *Possibly add £10m to go to another position as well (but that doesn't have to count if you don't believe it will be spent) Would you like to ride a unicycle to John O'Groats or a Shetland Pony... Is there a third option?
xLiaaamx
I'm not excited about Rondon but I can't help be excited by a new quick striker even if he doesn't have great numbers. And on top of that, he's a tireless worker which is great for us to press from the front. If Muto can continue to grow as a player he could be a perfect fit for us. I'd like to keep Gayle as a third option as well like. But Joselu will be here till the end of time in that role.

Guest
Won’t pay £6m for a promising Championship left-back and we won’t pay £8m for an Argentinian international left-back. Paul Dummett is going to end up with 400 plus appearances for us it’s a fucking joke. Geordie Ahmed
From Mark Douglas in the chronicle Mitrovic fee: Instalments A few have asked why Mitrovic’s £22million fee - eye-watering as it is - won’t enable NUFC to make big money moves of their own. Well it is anticipated that the fee will be paid in instalments, just like Moussa Sissoko’s was. Benitez, it is understood, is resigned to the fact that he won’t see all of that money in this transfer window. So under the “every penny generated” rule, United won’t have that £22million to spend. More’s the pity. This is beyond laughable, such a piss take. Conveniently even though Sissoko was mentioned above there was no mention of the installment we'll be due for him and Wijnaldum. We're the only club that operates in such a shitehouse manner.
Lenny
Our penny pinching aside, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd be happy to see Dummett given a crack as our starting fullback this season. I think he's earned it. Goes without saying that we need competition.
