Brighton & Hove Albion vs. Newcastle United: 06/11/21 @ 5.30pm (BT)

A new manager in the stands might have given the current shower of shit something to play for.

As it stands it'll be 10 behind the ball, Bacon's hit and hope tactics, and 20% possession. To fucking Brighton.

They'll dominate possession and the game.

Only interest is if we make at least 4 changes and play slightly better.

Don't even have the perverse pleasure of enjoying how bad we are as a refelection on Bruce.

Nailed on grim watch.

Only feel it could be a drubbing on account of that compounding the story so far and the media would love it, rather than logic.

It'll be the same team, as loopy Jones will think if he drops some players that they won't be able to sit on the bench like Fernandez the absolute lunatic that he is.

We need to fluke a win here now. If the manager situation is still unclear it's desperate we get something to take the pressure off. I worry any change he will make will be the typical English manager change, dropping ASM and bringing in Murphy for more running or something like that.

With Emery potentially coming in and being in charge for this we could well get that cliché that is the new manager bounce. Draw or narrow win.

Back to being a fucking AIDS defeat again. :anguish:

Hope Schar doesn’t get injured before the game, with Fernandez unable to be a substitute due to him not being able to come on if we are winning or losing, would mean we have no defenders on the bench. Wonder if Fernandez can be a substitute and come on if we are drawing though?

Just desperate for us to play with some ambition and put our best players on the pitch, because that's the only way you win football matches and we desperately need to win a football match.

Self reflection and learning from your mistakes are vital human characteristics, and if Jones has even a shred of that in him he'll see how clearly his tactics and players were horrific and unworkable over the last 2 games. Let's see what we get.

We will get much of the same mate , it’s bedded into them to sit back , shuffle and then try and get ASM to do something, we have no width and no bite in midfield .The players are told drop to the 30 yard out area and then run up to opponents and close lines down .

Its football born out of no confidence, no plan , all sent out to get a 0-0

We will do the same against Brighton, Brighton ffs .
