Daryll Janmaat

He was great going forwards, but absolutely rotten at marking. The amount of times wide men would slide in behind him to nod one in with him looking back in surprise to see what had happened.....

Aye was just about to say the same, absolute quality bombing forwards, but not so great going the other way.

No way was Janmaat better than Hughes or Griffin for us.

No way. Not on your nelly.

Surely the question was the best right back since...all the others were before. So it's probably a choice out of manquillo krafth or Janmaat and whoever else in-between

The season when we went 'So Close' to the title in 95-96, the first signing Keegan made that summer was right back, Warren Barton. Followed by Sir Les, Daveeed and then Shaka. Hope we'll sign crackin players like them lot again this window.

Debuchy downed tools when the going got tough. See Liverpool 0-6 for example when he got himself deliberately sent off.

Yes he wasn't perfect in every match, but Janmaat was liable to be at fault in most games, simply because he wasn't interested in what was going on behind him.

Controversial but thought Carr was better than Janmaat on average. The rolls royce was absolute garbage defensively.
