Keep seeing all this bollocks about O'Nien being this amazing person off the pitch "he's a prick on it but the loveliest person you'll ever meet off it".

Nah fuck that, can tell by looking at him exactly his type, have known many people like him, all absolute arrogant wankers, will be all nice to your face but an arse with his mates in private. One of those where when talking to them you're never quite sure if they're genuine (they're not) or trying to take the piss. But everyone loves the cheeky little scamp. He's a wanker.

Thick fucker hasn't realised his own club has just had to fork out £20 million for Le Fee, will have to seemingly pay Birmingham £4.5 million for Bellingham and then having to pay player bonuses for promotion (Ipswich seemingly paid £16 million last year). So basically they have already lost two players from their current squad and are more than likely in deficit before they even get any Premier League money.

Yes, let's look at the crowds last season. Nowhere near what their club were trying to claim and the midweek games were an embarrassment every time. Between 15-20,000 less that the reported total, and blocks of empty seats all over the ground.

Their fan base is unique for the amount of bullshit lies they make up. It's on overdrive currently [emoji38]

Just seen a clip on the NE news bulletin of one of their fans (leaving Wembo) saying....

"Theres more value in our squad now, compared to last time we were in the premier league, so I think we're back for good this time"

I mean, their squad is made up of players from the EFL isn't it and a few from abroad? And quite a few that played in and came up from the 3rd teir with them??

There isn't anyone with any PL experience, is there??!!

I’m not being funny, but Sunderland is widely known for as the place who first voted for Brexit despite it being potentially devastating considering the largest employer in Wearside is only there for access to the EU.

More lately they are associated with the riots after the Southport attack.

It’s largely considered to be a blight on our landscape by people outside of the reaction.

Oh, and Newcastle United’s owners only gets traction from fans of other clubs, people generally couldn’t give a single fuck about it, and don’t use it to generalise the population of a city.

Now that was quite the thing.

I'm not sure what's funnier, the fact they make the stories up in thr first place, or that everyone on there laps them up and believes it all etc [emoji38]

Being clapped into and out of a pub, truckers beeping at them on the motorway; come on man.

They've ruined our season. Apparently

Well, I for one, am absolutely seething with our achievements this season.

Ruined the whole Keegan era for me, when they had a better season than this under Peter Reid, finished top and got promoted.

This is what some of us mean about not wanting to have to bother with them as there's no reasoning with them. Our finish a league ahead of them, qualifying for the Champions League and winning a trophy doesn't effect them, but they get promoted via the playoffs - something none of us would ever want to experience - and it somehow breaks us.

"We were then clapped out"

Wey fuck off man! [emoji38]

On the day where they played Sheffield United in a game where no one watching on TV could identify which side of the stadium belonged to which supporters, this man was getting approached by many people, included foreign people who immediately recognised that his red and white top was a Sunderland one and not a Sheffield United one and started saying how they have relatives in Sunderland suburbs.

Aye right, and I travelled to Botafogo and was getting pulled up by everyone saying how they have family members in Killingworth and Shiremoor.
