midds
If Sunderland get past Coventry and If they then beat Sheffield Utd and If they spend £100m+ on the squad.... they stand a chance of getting 20 points next season. The gulf has never been bigger and all 3 promoted teams face a huge battle to finish above just one of the current 17 PL teams. My money is on the 3 of them all going straight back down again with a large bag of parachute cash, the humiliation seems to be worth it for many fans
Izakaya
Love how they're starting to arc up again after spawning a 1 goal lead on aggregate. They never lorn do they.
Harry 209
Zunderland have won a game, now someone called MadMackem10 on RTG is pondering a transfer for Joe Bellingham to MADRID!
Menace
I do think they've got some good assets to sell, they'll easily get £50m for a few of their younger players. Jobe is being linked with Dortmund today, Rigg will probably get a move also

Brereton-Diaz to come full circle, pissing off Newcastle fans on the first game and making Sunderland fans cry on the last.

Plus the le Fee... uh... fee. That'll take a sizable chunk of whatever budget they might have. Hopefully it won't come to that, really don't want them up

Mattoon
Best scenario Coventry batter them at their place and go through, if not Sheffield United do in the final, if they somehow rag their way to promotion it'll end up being a long, gruelling season for them, watching their team get pummelled every week and we'll do the double over them to add fuel to the fire. Was thinking the same. I’ve read one foot in the final a couple of times today when the game is on a knife edge and they’ve shipped home losses for fun lately. Wolves will sell Cunha and replace him with someone similar, Eze might move on and Palace will replace him as well. PL is essentially a closed shop without spending a bomb and the risk that comes with it.
