Was thinking the same. I’ve read one foot in the final a couple of times today when the game is on a knife edge and they’ve shipped home losses for fun lately.

Leeds might squeak 17th if Wolves or Palace sell some players, but I doubt either risk it. Wolves will sell Cunha and replace him with someone similar, Eze might move on and Palace will replace him as well.

 

PL is essentially a closed shop without spending a bomb and the risk that comes with it.

Sky Sports are actually reporting that Dortmund are interested in him.  Fuck knows what they've seen in him beyond his surname but stranger things have happened.

The Dortmund usual strategy plan would have been to buy him from Birmingham if he was so highly rated. The other factor is never mind Dortmund, where were the other top level clubs when he was signed by Sunderland, for a relevant pittance. He's never really stood out as an exceptional talent, whenever I have watched them. I would say he looks a better prospect than Rigg though, who I can never see what the fuss about him is. I do quantify that be their obvious age also.
