Absolutely brilliant having access to this Adidas facility. Looks incredible and a great venue for pre season work and the team bonding together. Looks so much fun man.

Amazing to see how much more Isak has opened up and is so into everything. Can see he's a bit of a psycho competitor! ;D

Isak

This video is immense. Loving seeing our players clearly enjoying themselves and not having to put on a show for the cameras

Yep, no PR required there.

Also good to see so much of Joe Willock, he's looking happy and uncrippled :)

Is that John Ruddy hitting the three pointers?

Murphy looks absolutely brilliant to have around the squad. Clearly living the dream.

I've never heard anything other than Murphy is an absolute top fella and a really fun, positive person. He's worth his weight in memes to the squad for that alone.

AC Milan confirmed for the lasses for the Sela Cup on the Saturday.

Hopefully it helps boost the ticket sales.

I do think £20 a day is a bit much. £25 for both days and say £15 for separate days would have been better.
