Bring in scanning out.

Leave the ground ten times before the 90 minutes is up and you are banished for life.

Leaving before the full time whistle full stop. Put the scanner between the stands and the concourse to catch those at half time too. Ultrasound of a full bladder or verification of an enlarged prostate can you get an exception.

In the Gallowgate bogs on Sat there was a bloke walking away from the piss trough with a bowl of the salt n pepper chicken loaded fries

If he was going for a sit down piss, that's fairly manageable.

Undo ya keks, sit down, direct ya cock downwards, tuck in

So if ballot success rate is between 18 and 39%, from a possible 14,000 tickets, what can we estimate  demand not including season tickets to be? Something like 35-70,000?

It’s probably a bit less than 14k when you take into account hospitality tickets (not sure how many of those there is tbh) plus however many they are holding back for the general sale.

Ticketing update from the club for the first half of the season.

Is that saying that 80%+ of ID checks were failed? So nearly everyone going to an away game is going on someone else's ticket?

Must be missing something but it reads like that.

Edit: ah, just seen it's home games, so I guess they're only checking people who are already suspicious?

We were in the Cocoon Stand on Saturday and those geriatric cunts go for a piss any time they like. Few blokes around us went more than once per half AND half time.

Should give them catheters

Club and Adidas missing a trick not selling black and white Tena men.

The bottom chart is ID checks at home games where they suspect touting if that's what you're looking at/referring to?

Aye sorry, I worked it out after more reading. Didn't actually know they did any ID checks at home games.

I think they’re very much targeted checks. Although given there’s no requirement to bring ID to home games, I’m not really sure how they enforce them if someone just says they don’t have ID?

They could have presumed I wasn't Mr Qi Xiao I supoose which was the name on the ticket I used to access the Liverpool match.

Fast way to some kind of discrimination charge if they start making assumptions like that!

But that will be the kind of thing they should be checking, where they’ve intelligence from monitoring re-selling sites and/or social media. Even if the person using the ticket says they’ve no ID, they should be told they have X days to report to the Box Office with some or they get banned.

FWIW I guess not matching the ticket name doesn’t necessarily mean touting or anything dodgy. Can just be people who couldn’t go and a friend went, or bought for a fan who doesn’t have a membership etc.

Not that everyone would agree with those justifications obviously.

I might set up a membership account as Juan King-Meoff and start selling touted home tickets and making it really obvious I'm touting.

Be lolz when someone has to go to the Box Office for an ID check.

They’ve still been dishing out bans for that kind of thing. Albeit, I doubt what these targeted checks are for.

Yeah, I always find it interesting how they allow people in general sale to buy multiple tickets anyway. Kind of feel like when you queue you should only be able to buy 1.

Would exacerbate the lonely experience of going to the match of course

If they banned me for giving my ticket to someone I knew and at most getting face value payment for it. Then I'd be:

1) Furious

2) Able to just sign up again with a different email and a new member account and start buying tickets again

Not wanting to bring politics into the mix BUT I keep entering the Member's Half Time challenge effort just for the 2 tickets. I doubt I'd win the trip to Vegas but even if I did I wouldn't want to go and my socials are riddled with anti-fash wokism.

Also just entered into that darts malarkey but, fuck me, two whole days??

Wtf is all that about?

Box Office Brian: Are you Juan King-Meoff?

@bobbydazzla: Not yet but I will be if you slip us a ticket for the sunlun match…
