Alexander Isak: has a chance to play against Everton (Howe)

It's easy to tell he's not been fit for weeks , looked off the pace against Leicester even who are one of the worst teams to play in this league . He's playing because we have no other options.

Feels strange to nitpick when they were all so bad. But in this mini run of below par form from him. I often notice he wants an extra touch or two. The chance to get a shot or pass off is then gone. Ends up losing it or misplacing a pass.

I suppose the other side of that is. He has such great feet and dribbling ability that I half get why he sometimes wants the extra bit of time.

He was even worse to start out the season. I suspect that he'll hit form against Ipswitch.

He's been patchy since the cup final with his performances. He's a bit like Murphy where within 10 minutes you know if there gonna be at it for the 90 or not.

I still maintain the idea that he would be at his best in a 4-2-3-1 . we almost always try and go wide. Would like us to have a Cunha type of player there between midfield and him.

I'm confident he's playing with a groin injury, has not looked himself lately but we don't really have anyone who can come in for him.

Yeah he doesn’t look 100%

He was poor, but he always looks poor when we get overran and are stretched. To be at his best, we need players in and around him, and the wingers running beyond him. We completely failed to do that today for the most part.
