He'll no doubt score a plenty against us for Liverpool, but I'm just looking forward to that one moment where Joelinton uses him as a ragdoll near the Milburn touchline before fist pumping the erupting crowd as we win a throw in.

This reminded me of the pure, unadulterated joy of Jose Enrique’s first game back at SJP. Brought a smile to my face.

We really are an afterthought to our owners now, aren't we. Wouldn't be surprised if they bin the new ground plans next.

Calm down [emoji38]

If he’s downed tools then tell the arrogant workshy cunt to honour his fucking contract or sit on his snidey Judas arse for the next 3 years watching his career disintegrate as he rots away behind the scenes like the gallowgate pigeon

If he hasn’t downed tools and he’s carrying a knock then don’t do any of the above

Our owners giving Liverpool money to buy their chairman’s “favourite player” from us is one hell of a head fuck if it happens.  I don’t mind the Saudi league thing normally but PIF don’t have an aligned strategy with us and the Saudi clubs, that is absolutely clear.

Why is it always worded as “when Newcastle open the doors / change their stance”.

Thats not changing until a bid comes in. Because then it will be rejected and it’s over to Isak to see if he proper throws his toys out. All this, readying to bid, but not bidding, is just strange.

He's a client journalist.

Well you can say that its actually is a sign that the strategy is aligned, if they are resigned to losing Isak that it.

Gives Liverpool room to offer more.

Would be good if someone from the club, like a ceo or sporting director could go on Ssn and fight our corner Parish stylee. Oh wait, we don’t have either one of those things. Haway Suds, put a suit on and give em hell.

I'd like to see him regurgitate word for word the nonsense Klopp was spewing about having a ceiling.

Would absolutely love it, me. Proper digging into them. But Eddie is such the better man that it would'nt even enter his mind to say it.

Thank you PIF

So right now we have no CEO in place, no Sporting Director, an absent board and an ownership actively funding our rivals who will then happily take our best player.

Not feeling very sports washed right now.

It's not about being an after thought, we're an investment in what is nearly a trillion dollar portfolio, always have been.
