If as has been reported (even Ornstein alluded to) he forewent his loyslty (ha ha) bonus, it's nearer £140 mill than £125 Mill to us.

As I just wrote in the PIF thread. Should be closer to £160m or £170m for all the fuss Isak has caused.

If the ultimate aim is now finishing top 7 and winning the occasional cup I'd take it tbf.

It's the bravado I'm not keen on, over-promise and under-deliver. Don't publicly say your goal is to be "number one" and then baulk at every major decision and investment.

I hear you and agree but that's not the product we were sold. So they are either standing behind what they claim or we are being played like fools.

Not read through the forty pages but that thread title, what a fucking pathetic joke. We’ve been royally taken the piss out of by the two biggest cunts in football: Liverpool and Isak

This will make you feel better. The very first day of Liverpool’s interest. We managed a while £5m more. Well fuckin done to all involved

Absolutely fucking horrendous deal. We’ve held strong all summer just to collapse on the last day of the window with no replacement, every target now having an added premium because we’ve sold our best player on the cheap. Honestly this ownership can get fucked, they’re so naive and rudderless. We have no ambition to get to the top and happy to sell to the teams that have created the box that we are stuck on.

A sale of a big player has been in the post for 12-18 months, maybe even longer.  But the way we’ve capitulated man, at least take into deadline day and hike the price

Harsh reality is that Liverpool want him, but don't absolutely need him. They could walk away and try again in January, then next summer and still probably win the league.

There were no other bidders around so Isak's behaviour worked towards only one outcome.

I’m just delighted the cunts gone to be honest, genuinely thought he thinks he’s larger than us since the shearer interview and his behaviour means I never want see the cunt again.  It’s all about us and if they are this money right, get another striker in today someone and maybe in Jan a creative midfielder then I think the first eleven may be weaker it the base of the team will be stronger for it. It’s all about us now so a as far as I’m concerned I’m glad it’s done.

Once that meeting last week went the way it did there was only one outcome. All this talk of ‘make him rot in the reserves’ was absolutely fantasy land from supporters. Move on, he’s done.

If we communicated to Isak we would sell regardless by end of window, why couldn’t the cunt have played for us till then?

Or we offered no such thing, he went on strike, and we’ve caved anyway.

Literally lose lose for how we’ve approached things.

Could do with some clarity on this like. I'm sure it'll come out in the wash, but is the consensus we got £130m and Isak may have foregone his loyalty bonus?

You kidding, not a hope in he'll of him and his agent losing bonuses, else he would of put in a transfer request.
