We have to sell our star players as long as we aren't in that top tier. Best we can do is replace them with similar quality, and given how hard that is, we have done ok with Woltemade and Wissa. I get it's difficult but this saga proves it more than anything that it's good for your sanity to try and care a little bit less about the whole thing. It's only going to get worse from here on in with the way the game is going - even if we have more success. I said it at the time that we'll never ever top the cup final and seeing a local lad head in one of the goals to end such a long drought. That's the peak.
