Owen was still very good when we signed him. Metatarsal and knee injuries and he was done. He scored 7 in 10 games first half a season until injury at Spurs. Even his whole duration with us, when he was actually on the pitch he did produce other than the back end of the relegation season, by which point you could tell he was just shirking responsibility with an eye on his next move. We got half a season of value.
