Slot praising Sweden's manager for managing his minutes as he had no preseason training and said he'd be out for a few weeks if he had played the full 90 in both games. Sounds like he's well off full fitness.

Least he's not injured... šŸ˜…

Eddie Howe on Alexander Isak:

Alex and I always enjoyed a great relationship,’ said the Newcastle boss. ā€˜I loved working with him and I hope he loved working with us. It was mutually beneficial.

We helped him become the player that he in part is today. And he helped us as a team achieve some unbelievable milestones. He was part of a very successful team.

ā€˜But to give you a bit more on that, the moment he went on strike our relationship did change.

I think that was probably a turning point in our relationship.

'Communication became difficult from that point onwards. I won’t go into any more detail than that.

had a look at the comments section in that BBC article and some of the takes from Liverpool fans are wild, making Howe out to the the bad guy in this, as if he's said anything wrong thereĀ

Ā

I don't follow Sweden, but I heard a lot of fans feel him not maintaining match fitness might have wrecked their world cup campaign. Not happy.

Nauseating! The rat hasn't even kicked a ball for them yet and Sky has already turned the wankfest dial to 10.Screenshot_20250912_165819_Chrome.thumb.jpg.6582cda6adf1027c616253f94fb0a5fc.jpg

Sky been banging on about Isak and how good he is for so long they've got no choice but to go for the moneyshot now he's gone to one of their darlings.

Ā

Wait until he scores a few and top scouse lad says he's making the "Mbappe money" fee look a bargain. Cunts the lot of them

The Times has revealed that the deal will be paid in four instalments, meaning that Liverpool have only had to fork out £31.25m for Isak this summer.

I know transfers tend to be paid in instalments but in this case we should have insistent they pay the money up front

Eddie wanted rid and that could have stopped the deal. For PSR is doesn't matter either way so not too much to gain other than a bit of satisfaction.

Of course their relationship changed, cuntchops went on fucking strikeĀ

I think the fact Eddie used the word ā€œstrikeā€ in a press conference tells us all we need to know. After all of the rumour and conjecture he has confirmed it right there.
