Isak salah wirtz with piss poor games aswell. 😂 Could be a poor season ahead for them if they don't get var help.

Think they might have struggled without the flying start they got thanks to a lot of luck and some tactical VAR help.

It would be foolish to believe in the long run he doesn’t bang in the goals for them but I’ll enjoy it for now.

Things happen for a reason and work out in the end (most of the time). I don’t think we’ll miss him massively though his absence has fucked the start of our season due to the last minute nature of things.

Mmm. That's what they said about Torres at Chelsea. Only a matter of time he scores boatloads.

The more pressure built on him, the harder it becomes. Let everyone wish him the worst and keep the pile on. It will impact him, without a doubt.

Guys a sociopath, took the love the fans showed him and turned his back on it without any remorse. He won’t give a fuck what people are saying about him on socials and in the media.

He’ll find his fitness and sharpness and bang them in I’m sure of that.

I won’t care though as long as Woltemade and Wissa (in time) are scoring for us and he has an off day against us.

I dont mean to be a dick and he probably will do well, but if you pay 130M for someone, they should come in and make an immediate impact, hes had enough training and game time now.  It's funny that we tried to get Ekitike first and their careers went in different trajectories but despite being possibly a bigger prick Ekitike could limit Isaks playing time.

Isak is class though but whether thats because of the way we played/ Eddies coaching etc who knows.  he also had many shite spells but it looks like thats because he wasn't trying based on whats come out.

If you look at what halaand did coming into the league I would expect that kind of impact for that value.

He may and probably will come good but getting £130m for him is a steal regardless.

He's made his money now and the character he has shown to get it I wouldn't be surprised if he never turned into what his price tag suggests

Aye I fuckin said it the other week, he had an entire team and system built on maximizing him. He will not get that at Liverpool ever. So the safe thing to say is “he’ll be fine” but it’s such a default response. Their first and last option is Mo Salah. It’s never been about the CF. Will it come good for him? Maybe. Maybe not though. But he deserves every pelter coming his way.

Eddie > ALL.

He's not had a good start to his Liverpool career, which is delicious and it's hard to pinpoint why so early on. However, he was the main man here with the team built to supply him in the right areas and play to his strengths, also there's the impact of having no preseason as he sulked his way to a move, maybe the big pond wasn't the best place to be Alex?

£130m on Isak and £117m on Wirtz and both look turd for them right now and I love it. They were really poor today and I thoroughly enjoyed my hate watch experience.

@relámpago blanco

Whilst he’s had a few games he didn’t have much of a pre season as he trained alone which would have been basic fitness routines and spent some time using Sociedad’s facilities which would have been more of the same.

Maybe our system suited him but he’s an excellent finisher and that’s not due to the system we played, if you look at his goals I don’t see Liverpool not being able to create similar opportunities for him.

You may be right, you may be wrong. We will see.  Let the pantheon of gods decide.

The fact he was so hell bent on going there to join a manager who has no track record of improving players in the PL; who won a league first going whilst the rivals all shat it and where option 1 is Mo, option 2 is Mo, option 3 is Mo and option 4 is VVD header is funny as living fuck to me.
