Kid Icarus
I'd much rather he was involved and shit, because that graphic makes the problem obvious and easier to fix I think, but very happy with the way things are going regardless. Hopefully the next step is his groin going again. Edited November 24, 2025 by Kid Icarus

Everything we did as a team was about getting the ball to Isak in the right position. I’m not sure why they didn’t just have the confidence in the purchase of Ekitike. Lets face it, Isak was always going to snake us at some point, but what other team is setup to play around him and I’m sure he now realises this. How many more months are they going to roll out the no pre season excuse. Surely a top tier player would be able to put this behind them quite quickly. Yep, forget Isak and put more money in to signing Guehi and they’d probably be sitting 2nd or 3rd at moment. They got greedy

andycap
Its as though nobody has watched the lad play. He's always been about service and when he starts that diagram above is damning that no fucker looked to find him regularly.
NG32
Amazing that Liverpool were so arrogant to buy a player who thrives off service to then not supply that service and go complain about it.
Zero
Not really. He is even worse than what we witnessed these few years. That 1.89 rating is quite objective imo.

"£125M player makes his own chances" Yeah, like a top PL club eyeing a decade of domination might do it's homework on what makes a player tick before shelling out £125M on him. timeEd32
Happy for all the anger to go towards Isak, but those pass maps often exclude a #9 and it's nothing new for Isak. This is 22/23: Liverpool's actual problems are they've downgraded at fullback considerably: And teams have figured out an approach against them: And they are just worse at literally everything: But, still, Isak

KennyUtd
If the likes of Salah and Gakpo weren't such selfish cunts then Isak might start scoring. They don't even look for him whereas everything we did was centred around getting the ball to him as quickly as possible. Having wingers whose first thought is to pick him out is a huge difference to what he can expect at Liverpool.
