With that level of success and both clubs background. It’s inevitable if we get that success.

Most match going City fans remember years of PL mediocrity and Div 1.

They’ve won 5 PLs in the last 6.  And a treble last season.  Getting up for midday ‘title challenge’ with Liverpool in November isn’t going to get the blood running.

Tbf to Liverpool and Man U. Their fans have grown up on dominant sides and expect that.  So the crowds can keep going. They’ve also grown up on supporting a side playing badly because they know with their support they can turn it around and win.  Neither of us cities fanbase has that mentality.

I doubt anyone will ever be as successful as Man City have been over the last decade. I dunno how any City fan can feel a thing these days tbh. Let alone create an atmosphere.

The aggravating thing is that City are so good at the physical side of the game, as well as the technical. So many times they look like they're losing the ball, but somehow they manage to keep it or regain it.

Nunez will not be a striker in the top bracket. This idea that he just needs more time is unrealistic. He's a good athlete and will continue to have a decent career, but he's just too clumsy.

Justin Kluivert joins Radacioiu and Jovetic in the "scoring in the big 5 European leagues" club.
