Genuinely don’t get why everyone is so desperate for Man City to win yet again when they’re under investigation for corruption on a pretty major scale over rules we always complain about? Plus it’s just so boring. Arsenal haven’t done anything particularly offensive to us and no one will actually care if they win. No one cared last year when Liverpool won. They were just irrelevant to us until the whole Isak saga. Arsenal are simply irrelevant. Man City are under investigation for fucking off the FFP rules that were designed to rein them in and have strangled us. The fact that we have our own fans saying 115 to them, as well as the likes of Everton and Forest fans who got fucked by the same rules is beyond me. I hope they get off with every single charge and the Premier League are left with the estimated £200m legal bill.
The College Dropout
City don’t deserve the draw. Needing Arsenal to only draw 1 of the remaining 3 is massive though. Theres still some hope for them.

Plus I understand this is FFP and not just that recent PSR crap, so rules that were in place for years. Man City got to spend millions for years and they still do, whereas we can’t. Shouldn’t have any sympathy for them or any of the ‘big 6’. None of them are the good guys here, but Arsenal haven’t done anything offensive to us. Also, I was very disgusted last year when Liverpool won. Hate them with a passion.
alexf
Been saying for ages I fancied Arsenal to win it purely because of this game and the away at Bournemouth that City had coming up. They are harder than anything Arsenal had left and it's being proven. Not a chance West Ham will beat Arsenal. West Ham are getting relegated. Deuce
City winning the league for the 7th time in the last 9 seasons would be so grim. Don’t particularly care about Arsenal winning it…at least it’s been 20+ years for them.

Sure the red cartel have no doubt kicked up a fuss but it’s not some rules especially about them or City. They shouldn’t have our sympathy. You mentioned Everton and Forest, except they actually did get punished whereas to date nothing has happened to City and these charges date back years. So really so far it seems the big teams get away with it while smaller teams get punished. Not fair really. Maybe we can support action against the Premier League/UEFA for these dumb rules, but I have no support for a team getting away with it while all the other teams get held back. I don't remember all the finer details, but wasn't early FFP/PSR just a rule that put constraint on wages to turnover ratio? Then the £100m-ish operating loss over a 3 year period thing got implemented more recently. Then the fair market value and associated party transaction stuff got implemented when PIF aquired NUFC to ensure we couldn't compete financially without breaking FFP/PSR. I mean they’re all ridiculous (not that I want us to spend unchecked either fwiw), but I’m pretty sure it’s just the associated party rules where you could argue the PL is trying to hamper Man City and us. I get the frustration over that of course, but I don’t have sympathy for City regarding the FFP charges.

Guillaume
Can see Arsenal slipping up still, but more likely a draw then a loss. Man city is going to have to work on that goal difference.
Astroblack
Arsenal aren’t winning it. If they can’t hold their nerve against Southampton in the cup, then there’s no way they’ll do it against three Prem sides, even if two of them are going down. Can see them beating Atletico tomorrow and collapsing against West Ham Sunday then being pulverized in the CL final. Either that or they lost both tomorrow and Sunday. They’re don’t have it in them to go perfect till the end of the season. City were able to salvage something two goals down and away with 15 minutes to go. They’ll win it.
