Scandalous how it's been run and remember if they can't fully fund and finish the stadium by a certain date they are liable for all costs for returning the area back to it's previous state. Part of the reason they chucked Poch was that he wasn’t using him? He only started to get a tune from them when he reverted to being a counter attacking side with Gallagher instead of Enzo. I think a lot of the groups looking at them will be looking at the accounts and thinking ‘No, I’ll wait a few more months and pick them up out of administration where I can reduce the debt’. Our good friend Ashley will likely be doing exactly this, even with £300m in his back pocket, a deal for Everton right now is too rich for him. He could though go in for them in administration and get costs down. If I was a contractor or sub-contractor on their stadium, I would be quick in getting my bill paid.
