Jonas
My first away game was at Dunfermline, pre-season 1990. 0-0 draw. Halcyon days. But seriously, bloody loved it.

I've got two teams to worry about,I'm Scottish with English blood in me so I really love Newcastle, but I also really love Dunfermline who are in a totally different predicament. We're currently in the championship relegation play-off position, the team 3 points below us have over the past 6 weeks found some amazing form closing a ten point gap and we can't buy a goal for love nor money. We had 7500 fans at home on Saturday which was more than 4 spl crowds but we lost to the team 1 point below us. If we had won we'd now be 4 points ahead of that ugly playoff but now we could very easily finish bottom which is obviously instant relegation. It's still in our hands though, barely. There is a slight chance the team that beat us (Hamilton Academical) could be deducted 6 points but I'm not counting my chickens. 7500 might seem laughable to English teams but it's a huge amount for a Scottish Championship team. Our best striker is like Mr Glass from the Unbreakable Trilogy. To top it off,our most hated rivals who got promoted last season from league 2 are a few points away from back to back promotions. I'm trying my best to not think about Newcastle/Dunfermline until ten minutes before kick off. It's more stressful thinking about Dunfermline though as we should be in the SPL, not scrapping away at the bottom of the Championship trying to avoid the drop. Mone the Pars Mone the Toon Ps Thanks dad for bringing me up to be a Pars supporter. t00nt00n313
For those interested I jotted out what I see as the most likely scenario of us getting CL football. Assuming we don't get any points away to arsenal, away to villa and away to brighton, we can get CL if the following happens. If chelsea don't win 5 out of 6 from the following (meaning that them getting 2 draws would suffice for us in this scenario): Forest h (final game of season) Man u h Fulham a Everton h L pool h Ipswich h And we beat: ipswich h palace h Everton h Man u h And also we win vs Chelsea at home (So us to win 62.5% or 5/8 of our games inc chelsea all of which are home games) We would get cl assuming villa also don't get 6 wins and a draw from their 7 games which is unlikely for Villa. Should also probably caveat that this assumes 5th place is cl. Edited April 7 by t00nt00n313
Decky
You'd like to think at worst we'll finished 7th now but win the next two and I think we'll finish above Chelsea, Forest and Villa. Reckon we'll beat Chelsea at home.
Dr.Spaceman
I reckon Everton will be one of them annoying draws

I keep waiting for Forest to have a blip but that doesn't seem to happen
Wolfcastle
Lot of easy games for the other contenders this coming weekend. Will probably have to make do with maintaining the status quo. Everton troubling Forest is the best bet

jack j
Sounds spoilt but we've left a few goals out there toneet Hopefully doesn't cost us 5 wins and a draw in the last 8 cheers
ramirez
We could catch forest but I think it would be a big effort as they have easier fixtures. I think it’s about 50% cl, 40% Europa and 10% conference league at this stage
STM
We've only one less win than Arsenal and we've got a cup in the bag. Not too shabby.

midds
2/5 to finish top 5 with PP if anyone is interested. Bookies think it's highly likely, doesn't mean much in real life but it's a canny indicator
