Who’s the bald bloke in the dress shirt? Is he like security or something? I feel like I see him in a lot of videos mingling around and interacting with the squad.

Aye club security. Used to be a football copper, see him at loads of aways working

Canny job hes got now like

Kick off after 2nd goal when Bruno was stood at centre circle sporting a massive grin singing along with the Joelinton chant whilst pointing over to big Jow, for me a little moment like that defines our beautiful team spirit.

And Dan Burn’s goal, so chuffed for him, was magical.

Love that it's only 2 weeks before this starts up again, still want us to avoid City at all costs but I'd take Man Utd and be confident if the Second Leg is at home.

Sheff Wed game might turn out to be a blessing as well if we're still in the tie after the First Leg and having a full week to prepare for the Second Leg now rather than Fleetwood sandwiched in between.

I still worry when we don't take our chances, don't score when were on top (which is most of the game, most games) and anticipate the sucker punch like were any other Newcastle team ever (apart from KKs).

Wonder if I/we'll ever learn to just enjoy it like I/we did under Keegan, like holding us at bay makes it interesting even entertaining (until the hour mark) and a goal/win is inevitable.

At the start of the season we were wasteful in front of goal (Wolves, Palace, Bournemouth and even Forest).  We then a hit spell where we were extremely clinic (Fulham through to Leicester) and outperformed our xG. These things usually balance out over the course of a season.
