They've got to be able to play but being an utter misery to play against is vital like. Just make the lives of opponents as uncomfortable as possible in as many areas of the park as possible, loan with a view to a permanent sounds ideal unless Maddison is coming in. Don't really know much about him apart from his name cropping up more than other midfielders in the championship, no problem picking up players from the lower leagues as long as they are good enough.
