Or that last season we had the worst injury crisis in PL history, which means we lost revenue from being knocked out the CL and finishing 7th instead of 4th. 

Exactly what Stefan Borson indicated, Everton weren’t allowed the bad debt argument by the PL panel.

PL have tied themselves in a knot here. Everton and other clubs (including us hopefully) will have a field day with this in their next meeting.

Exactly. What are Masters and co going to do? Penalise Man U for non-compliancy of PSR regulations? That's a surefire way to get the sack.

Yeah, assumed they were going to carry on ruling out the likes of them before going back to Everton as an easy hit.
