I think the Premier League will offer them all charges dropped and keep their titles if Man City agree to not pursue any further legal action around the current regulations.

If the PL are cartel puppets they won’t care about the costs of further legal action.  
 

Bleeding the PL financially via courts is one of cities primary strategies.  L

I think City know they are in for punishment, which is why they've started another case....this will be kicked into the long grass for eternity. They know they've broke the rules and have been caught but have the resources to tie it up for eternity
