I never felt he wanted to be here in the first place. So long as we get top dollar and keep Bruno then I don't care anymore.  He's far from irreplaceable.   In step Miley.

Lads he really isn’t all that, it’s the best thing for a rebuild and fucking that debt ridden club over even further.

If we sell him to a premier league team for less than £90m I’ll be fucked off

It's Man U - we'll easy get £100 mil

I don’t see why we would make such an agreement with a player that has missed a season with a gambling ban, it’s not like he’s given us years of service.

Probably made the agreement because they don't think he's indispensable, and perhaps they've actually realised he's not as good as initially thought.

Can't wait to see those misplaced first time passes in Man United colours, and to hear the groans at Old Trafford. They're going to end up labelling him another Ugarte.

Fine with selling. Despondent at the state of football and everyone being a farm territory for the ESL clubs-  and worse not being able to change it now. Least we had hope that could change in the 80s.

Can't seem to share the twitter link but Liam Kennedy saying we have a gentleman's agreement with Sandro that he can leave if we fail to get Europe

Well that could tale something off the price.

Who's leaked that, if its his side tell them to fuck off  gentlemens agreements have to be between gentlemen... not spivs.

I stupidly thought the days of selling our best players were done after the takeover.

On his day he's our best player. I'd hate to see him playing for Man U. Much rather sell him abroad. As long as we get over £80M in don't really care.

At the very least I hope we grow some balls and make it clear - this is the price, this is the deadline. Either of those not met & you're staying put.

Also, how moronic to say he can leave if we don't make it into Europe next season. Not ideal if one of our key players is going to benefit from us failing to achieve our goals. It should be "The price is £90m, knock £10m off if we get into Europe"

Looks like loads of our players have similar judging by our league form this season.

So much for him "sticking with us as we stuck with him"

Footballers are funny, this is why you should never get attached - its just a job for them.

Pretty telling that the majority of you wouldn't overly care if he left.

Completely different reaction when Bruno G was linked with us.

Think he's a great player personally, and be disappointed, though not gutted if he leaves.

Got to be minimum £80m.

Starting for Italy tonight, and wasn't even in our squad on Sunday 🤷🏻

Bruno is adored, he's our captain. Tonali's very good, but the connection isn't there like it is with Bruno.

I think it's his demeanor. He's a class player but always seems one of those who can't carry the team like Bruno can. By which I mean in terms of team spirit rather than in talent.

Thats because we could NEVER replace Bruno. He's the heartbeat of our team.

Although Tonali can be a very very good player for us, hes been very up and down this season. He definitely has a price.

Fuck this 'gentlemens agreement' shit, if it's not in the written contract then it shouldn't be said or entertained. It'll be shame if he leaves, a much bigger one if he joins another Prem team and at that point he'd be dead to me. If he goes abroad I could just about stomach it, whatever happens the figure needs to be around £100m.
