So of course they will be players you happily move on, just the fee is minimal so doesn’t make a dent when needing to raise funds to make big changes. I certainly wouldn't happily move them on no. Next season they'll hopefully both be back-ups but they'll still be very capable 3rd/4th choices. Where on earth do you think we will find the money to sign a 3rd and 4th choice CB of their standing when we have so many other issues to address? I know Eddie values these sorts of attributes very highly, but even he can surely see we need someone more creative in that position. Agree. You lack creativity in final third. Not another physical player. Cherky Zhegrova Akliouche These should be your targets for RW spot.

Again, he supported it in the summer. Sure. But he also came out and said he'd relook at the entire thing. He also said for that specific window it would be mad to not support the work already done. How is that hard to comprehend?
janpawel
Just seen Man City are apparently interested in Ederson from Atlanta Maybe we should have done our best to get him last January 😂

The kid was tremendous against Solanke last night, will go for over 50 million in next 2 seasons. I bet he’s on less wages then Lloyd Kelly as well, real false economy and highlights our narrow view of the transfer market. This was so obvious at the time too. A perfect Schar understudy. Infuriating if we haven’t at least thrown our hat into the ring for him.
Dwebbo
Starting to think that selling Isak in the summer is best for the long term for the club. Think he’ll be pushing for a move and think we could get a fee around £110-120million. Been thinking what could the squad look like with the money plus a bit more re-invested in the squad rebuild. This is what I think the squad could like…. ? Livra Guehi/Tomori Botman Hall Bruno Tonali Willock Mbeumo Gordon David would also like us to move to a 4231. Subs KWP Schar Burn Joelinton Barnes Delap Gomes Sell Isak Longstaff Miggy Trippier Wilson Buy Delap 40 J.David 0 out of contract Mbeumo 50 Tomori/Guehi 25/50 Keeper? A.Gomes 0 out of contract KWP 0 out of contract Not sure who to go for to replace Pope tho. Other players that I did consider was bakayoko/ dewsbury hall. As well as Duran but think he’d cost too much. Anyway that’s my thoughts, appreciate it’s not that easy as it’s not championship manager but thought I’d share with you guys and gals

I also don't believe Brentford will sell Mbeumo for 50, unless his contract is nearly up.

Menace
Incredibly frustrating Forest have managed to sign a really good CB pairing in Murillo and Milenkovic for less than half of a Marc Guehi. They have bought well.
Jewel
I have no idea where we currently stand regarding PSR, but someone please tell me we will have a few quid to spend in the summer? Not too fussed about January. I’m of the opinion that we will just have to accept our medicine as far as the remainder of this season goes. Agree to write this season off (as long as we don’t get relegated) and prepare for a proper rebuild in the summer.

Dwebbo
Going back to my post last night. I’d not be wanting to sell Isak but if he wants to go (which he will, especially with no Europe) then I don’t think we should keep him if that could then affect his performances and therefore lower his value. Would love to know how much we actually have available to spend before we need to sell. If it’s tight then I think it will be an avenue the club would look at but for the fee that we want. But Mbeumo I think is doable if he doesn’t renew his contract at it expires in 18 months
