kocunar Posted Thursday at 22:26 Share Posted Thursday at 22:26 If Saudi's truly love us, they will open up a real estate development company called St. James Park, and sponsor our stadium for 30million £ per year.

Maggies Posted Friday at 10:08 Share Posted Friday at 10:08 Interesting from Howe in this morning’s press conference. My takeaway is that some comes in if we get rid of Miggy and/or Kelly. Sounds like the keeper from Greece might be on the way out as well. He also mentioned we’re heavy on defenders at the moment.

Turnbull2000 Posted Friday at 11:02 Share Posted Friday at 11:02 Sounds like we could have potentially signed him if we offloaded some dead wood. Unless Almiron or Kelly are shifted, think this window is closed for us.

Completely but ironic Edwards wrote an article where the initial argument was Staveley and the club used to be braver and not being so could cost us champions league. The flipped it explaining how we are at risk of a points deduction with any Jan signing😂 You can’t have it both ways ffs

duo Posted Friday at 11:37 Share Posted Friday at 11:37 Need to start challenging this in the courts as the rules are suffocating the business and preventing it from growing. The chain of events that could potentially happen if we miss out on CL football could set up back years. I.e. Our best players leave, missing out on riches of CL, that in turn impacting the value of any commercial deals.

Miggys First Goal Posted Friday at 11:44 Share Posted Friday at 11:44 The club should start a service where we get all the prep done for a transfer and then offer the transfer to another club for a 10% cut of the transfer fee.

Unbelievable Posted Friday at 12:02 Share Posted Friday at 12:02 14 minutes ago, Nucasol said: Why aren’t ambitious clubs challenging it in the courts? It’s a fucking nonsense. Kieran Maguire explained this in a recent podcast quite well. In short, the PL is a member’s club and as such is legally allowed to propose and decide on (by member vote) such rules. Also NUFC (Ashley) having voted in favour of these rules before goes against us. source:

Yeah can't really blame the players or the club tbh, the contracts have to be honoured. But it is costing us players down the line ultimately, again a roadblock placed on us by PSR when there was no need for it in our case. We have the money to keep the players and buy new ones.
