nufc123 Posted yesterday at 13:30 Share Posted yesterday at 13:30 Brentford will probably double the fee they got him for, and then we are close to the Hujsen fee.

joeyt Posted yesterday at 13:44 Share Posted yesterday at 13:44 From the 3 likely relegated teams anyone be of interest to us?  Ipswich: Delap the obvious one but he's not going to come to be 2nd choice in my opinion. Would be a great squad option though for more games next season if we could convince him. The other 2 we may have an interest in would probably be Omari Hutchinson and Leif Davis just based on their profile and potential. Don't think either have looked much good this season  Leicester: I think their keeper Hermansen looks good but imagine we've put all our eggs in the Trafford basket. Only other one that would fall into our potential criteria would be Bilal El Khannouss but he's not stood out to me albeit he's in a truly terrible team  Southampton: Dibling the obvious one. Harwood Bellis has been mentioned and Walker Peters is always touted as a potential back up for both RB and LB. Matheus Fernandes another one with a profile that may interest us
Dr.Spaceman Posted yesterday at 13:53 Share Posted yesterday at 13:53 Dibling, Fernandes and Ramsdale (as backup) are the only ones I'd take from Southampton. Hermansen from Leicester (again as backup) and Delap from Ipswich. I really don't like the idea of signing players who are too used to losing. Crimson Cardigan Posted yesterday at 14:05 Share Posted yesterday at 14:05 I like Collins, I’ve been watching him since he first broke through with Ireland, but I’d be shocked if we went for him. He’d have to improve dramatically to be CL worthy. Maybe at a low price (release clause?) and along with another CB but can’t see it.

Matheus Fernandes another one with a profile that may interest us Delap for sure, Leif Davis is another Dan Burn isn't he, isn't he from Newcastle? Walker Peters if Trippier goes is good back up to Tino and Hall. Harwood Bellis is a good replacement for Lascelles Dibling could be the new first choice RW, he could have a Cole Palmer type trajectory in the right team Hermansen could be a good no.1 actually, if we don't get Trafford he;'s very highly rated Even though all of that lot get relegated, it would sort out many, many gaps and depth in the team for a deep run next year. And cost perhaps £120m all in.
gbandit Posted yesterday at 14:19 Share Posted yesterday at 14:19 From the relegation crew it would only be Dibling I’d be after. I haven’t watched him at all in the second half of the season. Anything below £45m is a good deal for him

gbandit Posted yesterday at 14:25 Share Posted yesterday at 14:25 I imagine so but if there’s one player we want to get from the domestic market it’s Dibling. Huge talent and dropping down a division
joeyt Posted yesterday at 14:28 Share Posted yesterday at 14:28 Honestly thought Leif Davis was about 20 not 25 so can scratch him off the list as he's looked really poor this season. Â Thought he may have been a Kerkez type signing where if you worked on his defensive play he'd be a good asset but we may not want to take that gamble at 25 (appreciate 25 isn't over the hill too)

To be honest though I've only been looking at his forward contribution and not sure whether he'd fit our profile for a new RW.

Yup, he’s an extremely talented and versatile player. Can’t really see many scenarios where he doesn’t push on other than potential injuries
joeyt Posted yesterday at 14:45 Share Posted yesterday at 14:45 Anyone from the Champo we may look at? Trafford aside, thee two Burnley centre backs have earned good reviews and get linked to Prem clubs and are a good age Maxime Estève and Egan-Riley  Borja Sainz may have been an option if he played on the right.
