We have had a departing CEO for the best part of a year and there is nobody within the ownership group that acts in any sort of executive capacity. By weekend starts, might as well. Drags into early next week, no point. Better (and same for any signings) getting them on a fast track individual training regime to get their fitness right up there for when the team comes back. Little point flying 12+ hours to play one game (which may not even be that) to then fly back, unless club really valued the bonding with the team on the flight back.
