Have never really trusted him defensively against wingers like Madueke and was eager to see how he'd get on today. Though he handled it really well. Very very encouraging. I think with Gordon ahead of Hall it leaves too much space for him to have to defend more often than not and his attacking instincts get stifled. Totally agree, two joes infront of him makes a huge difference. Complete change from the last couple of seasons where we look more dangerous down the left rather than the right.
