They’re wide forwards, not wingers. When we don’t press and recycle possession further up the pitch - like we successfully did last season - they become less effective and get asked to do things they’re not as successful at. It also isolates the fuck out of Wilson/Isak. Without our strong press, no other team is nervous about playing us anymore. With these new tactics, we’re no longer a team to be feared.
