Some of supporters don't deserve what is happening at Newcastle right now. Wish they would just f off

Agreed. The predictable toys out of the pram by the usual suspects.

This group was always a big ask with our lack of CL experience, with our injuries it was a nigh on impossible task.

The players, manager and club will learn from it, here's hoping some of the 'supporters' do.

We have tried, but to be honest, this is a top European side. We are not there yet. They have few German Internationals, and damn tough team otherwise too.

No shame in this. We just don't have enough quality up top.

They just got larruped at the weekend.  Being a German international isn’t what it once was, either.

We are only at the start of our new journey but some of the comments on here by the pissy-nickered brigade makes for tough reading.  Look where we are after a season and a half of new ownership man.

Naivety and lack of clinical finishing has cost us in these last 2 games, weve created enough chances to win both games but cant put the ball in the net. Please fuck this green shirt off too its a jinx. Just got to beat Milan and finish 3rd now as top 2 has gone

We don't have the squad depth to get far in this competition yet, was hoping for a flukey run, and still possible i guess but this group is horrendously difficult, the fact that people are upset at us losing to Dortmund away is a testament to our progress. I am more upset we lost at home to be honest, but was hopeful if we could have nicked a goal would fancy us to build on the momentum. Oh well.

We've not been bad this second half, just not our night. Dortmund seemingly have our number and a few key players look absolutely shagged. We're playing Dortmund away in the CL after all, just got to try and enjoy the ride. Onwards and upwards.

Agree completely. They've done it home and away as well. The most impressive team we;ve played all season in England and in Europe.

Eh?

They have fucking fouled their way to 2 wins. The ball bounced horribly multiple times in their favour tonight for their 1st.

They have played us when we have had an end of the season injury list in October/November.

Everyone reasonable thinks even though we were poor in the home game, we should have got a point.

If we had a stronger ref in both games, and had even some of our players back, then Dortmund would be out tonight, and fighting Milan for a shit off finale.

They have been absolutely nothing special, and if we played them in the Premier League, we wouldn’t be thinking that we were playing a team who would be competing to finish in the top 6.

So they've played their two best games versus us all season

No, they've only lost 2 games all season and they were (last weekend) against Bayern and UCL R1 against PSG.

They've been very good all season we've just been blind to it.
