The ref has been mostly fine.

 

Everton are a decent side that consistently competes and creates chances. They just have no fucking clue how to score. 

 

I'd like to see us get more composure and slow things down a bit given the state of the squad. We will have some chances in the second half - we just need to take one.

Ref was fine aside from giving the ball to them after we had it just outside the penalty area when play was stopped. It's been a poor, stop-start game.

We need to sort our away form out, like. We've had a couple of good performances (PSG, Sheffield United) but we're not playing to our usual levels at all.

Problematic pattern in our away performances, doesn't seem to matter when we last played, if we're at home the next game we look unreal, away we look forlorn, lacking ideas and unfocussed. Hopefully we come out in the 2nd half and start to turn the screw because we can and should beat these.

Terrible game, poor performance, miracle we're not behind. But the longer it's level the more we should smell blood. Not particularly optimistic though.
