midds Posted May 1 Share Posted May 1 I know no transfer is 'free' as such but not having to pull a big wedge of cash out to strengthen the squad has got to be a good thing. Sure he'll have a hefty signing on fee etc but I'd imagine he'd normally go for maybe 25-30m if he wasn't out of contract? Already good, can develop as he goes and isn't costing a bomb.
