Has anyone actually seen Foden play in midfield for Man City? And don't lie.

Never even heard of him.

Just pass the ball to Kane at least once a half!

I mean we have a player who is known for his crosses and we are asking him to pass two yards.

Or two of the worlds top number 10s and not one through ball to him either.

I do miss 442 and players who crossed the ball ... I know I'm a ⚽🦖

It’s partly a function of Serbia’s defence. They’re stifling Kane and when players receive the ball in the #10 position they just foul them. It’s partly why we’re getting so much joy down the right.

Saka is consistently excellent for England.

Most important player after Kane imo.

If that was a genuine fish by Holloway fair play he's reeled a lot in

Was that the "Rio is a good pundit" comment?  Yeah, I saw through that.

Lost control under pressure after getting his feet tangled up resulting in a shot at goal and a few miss hit passes. Don’t think he’s been anything above average.

He looks clumsy when he's under pressure in the restricted spaces in midfield. At full back he gets more time on the ball when his team are in possession.

Southgate seems to pick him there on the reasoning that an attacking full back can be easily adapted into a defensive midfield player, but the reasoning looks crude and isn't working.

Foden isn't getting any help on the left with Trippier, so it's not fair to have a go at him.

I'd say it's more Trippier isn't getting no help of foden.
