I've been Team Eddie from the start and believe Mitchell was happy to upset the applecart when he came in by slagging off the systems and people and, with no inside knowledge, I presumed it was because he wanted his mate Poch in. There is nothing to base this on other than gut feel. Eales has had an easy ride as the PSR over spend was on his watch and he manoeuvred the blame on Amanda and Mehrdad and remained unscathed. Eddie performed wonders and neither Eales or Mitchell have achieved anything for Newcastle yet.
