Insane, so they've basically doubled the asking price they accepted 3 weeks ago from another club [emoji38]

Well as you’ve stated it’s nearly a month further into the window for them too, likely making any potential replacement more expensive for them too

He can stay if it’s out of market value. We need to stop being taken for a fucking ride. Don’t want to see a single player come in here over their value

The Premier League has been buying players above their market value for years. In Bergamo they're still laughing at the 70+10 that Manchester Utd paid for Hojlund...

Careful, or Froggy will tell you it was only 70+9.5 with someone else covering the rest of the fee and how good a deal it was for them.

You saying we overpaid for Tonali bro?

Milan were clearly happy to do a deal early in the window. I don't doubt Allegri wants to keep him as he's a good player, but I saw they were linked with a young lad at Parma too that'll cost a bit. They're probably trying to offset it.

Guessing they were/are hoping for Chelsea or Man U to come in offering a pound more or so. After all...he only ever wanted Chelsea or Man U. Whichever flashed the most coin

Not fussed if we miss out on this guy and Nicolas Jackson.

I just hope we don't come back in for him at a later date. Time to go after some fresh meat, instead of the same names we were interested in from 2 or 3 years ago.

Basically, Juve want to offer Vlahovic + Douglas Luiz (or Savona) + cash for Tonali. The article says there's no bid yet and that Newcastle dont want to sell him and anyway Sandro is happy in England.

According to the Gazzetta, it's a negotiation that's unlikely to go well...more like a desperate attempt by Juventus.

Lets just get Leoni instead, he'll be the new Hujisen everyone is talking about end of this season anyway

Yep, because Chelsea and Liverpool would let us have a free run at him

it probably doesn’t matter, just submit an official bid first, if they will react they will, what if they don’t?

Think I'd be happy if we got Thiaw

From highlights, he's Tall, fast for his size, strong in the tackle, wins his headers, and looks to be a brilliant passer of the ball into midfield / over the top

Not sure what the data says

He's been linked with us for ages, and we've not missed a single time when we've got one of our long term targets

I'm sure we preferred Guehi last year / this year as he's a more 'plug and play' type, immediate impact, no doubt partly as Howe probably feels the pressure to not regress while we bed in new players

I know nothing about him, is he better or worse than Schar/Botman?

Nobody knows anything about him mate, other than maybe a Milan fan on here.

The way this window is going, juventus will offer a bag of Haribo and Tonali will go on strike because Juventus were his boyhood dream club

Detail on #Thiaw / #Newcastle. The player has given his full approval for a transfer to the Premier League; if the English make a decisive move, the path would already be clear. Ready with 4 million + bonuses until 2030 for the young Rossoneri defender.
