I always felt Bramble’s mistakes were linked to his terrible fitness. When he got a run of games he was really really good but then injured and then calamity prone.

with Thiaw, Howe might think that a better fitness regime will lead to improved concentration

With Bramble he had all the attributes to be great but needed a leader to do his thinking.

If it’s £25m+ or £30m+, it genuinely does not matter in the grand scheme of things. Some of y'all get so hung up on the minutiae.

Also genuinely does not matter if Milan fans think they “got one over on us.”

I'm sure van dyke was error prone aswell at celtic and Southampton but you could tell he had quality.

I don't think he was. Didn't he have that insane stat where he hadn't been dribbled past for a silly number of games.  Van Dyke is actually a generational talent. Guehi is a much better point of comparison, you could make a decent length bloopers reel just from his games against us last season, he's still a good player who would improve us.

I signed him for my Ajax team on EAFC24. I can confirm that he is comfortable playing RB and can hold his own as a CDM.

He also honoured his contract and didn't kick up a fuss when I rejected all bids for him.

Schar can already do that!

I don't think it was even that. He was just incapable of keeping his concentration throughout a full 90 minutes.

I think he just switched off occasionally. He could be outstanding for 89 mins, then do something completely fucking stupid with a lapse in concentration in the other minute

could be 9/10 for 89 minutes and 1/10 for 1 minute which would cost us a goal.

he was probably born 15 years too early, reckon he’d be less error prone today where there is much more of a tight focus on systems and tight roles

Swear to god, after a few key right wing genocidal cunts and Infantino he'd be pretty close to next on my list  Why can't this world just come together and put the little shit on ignore. He'll dissapear from the face of the earth within a minute.

I don't know anything about Wrexham but the 2 Indonesian owners of Como are worth $47.3 billion...Florentino Perez (Real Madrid) $2.8 billion.

They're owned by Ryan Reynolds, I think the comparison here was like two teams who have risen through the divisions quickly due to outside investment?

I assume there's not much of a comparison outside of that tbh.

And ours are worth 20* that again but we're not allowed to fucking spend it.
