Of course he'll have his price and if there's silly money thrown at him it makes sense but I'd hate to see him go for anything other than a whopping fee. Unfortunately if there is a desire to bring a striker in and big nick or wissa can't go due to lack of interest or massive financial loss or simply dont want to go. He may have to be sacrificed as the one who generates a paper profit to help fix the summer flops. No doubt people would loan wissa but it's not going to bring any income to buy a replacement. We will get low balled for either of the other 2 as we paid over the odds for both (dont recall anyone bidding for elanga and bayern reportedly stopped well short of what we paid) Also based on this season Gordon is our hybrid forward playing left and centrally in this scenario Gordon would be gone so going for another who can play across the front 3 does make sense. He's perhaps even ahead of Wissa too, although I do believe there's more to come from him. Hope we keep him.
