 Mad as a box of frogs. Love the lad. Hope he gets his chance and takes it this year.

He'll be starting every game at this rate.

I get why he has fans and people who want him to succeed / exaggerate his qualities because he’s a character, seems a good one at that. And, let’s be honest, was somewhere between very raw and utter shit at the time we signed him. Osula developing into a useful PL player is a nice story as well as massive vindication of the club and the coaching staff.

My God if we go into the season with him

as Isak’s backup though.

Backup? What if we go into the season with him as Isak's replacement?

Only 21 but he's still very raw.  Not yet convinced he's PL quality but until he gets regular games we'll never know.  Think it would have been better for his development last season to have sent him on loan to get games as it was pointless him just sitting on the bench.

I like him.

He reminds me a bit of Nile Ranger during his brief productive spell under Chris Hughton. He's physical, happy to throw himself about, and causes problems for defenders while being a bit raw. I don't even hate his missed header. I could see a spell in the Championship helping him refine his finishing.

Agree with all that however no way we are loaning him out.
