Can you explain Bayern Munchen? They hire their own coaching staff, and the manager has to work with them. To have that model you have to have a system/style of play and appoint the right staff. When the manager leaves you dont have to appoint a whole coaching team. You will also miss out on some managers that doesnt trust anyone else than their «own».
