Newcastle United 3-3 Liverpool - 4/12/24

Love Howe’s subs. Team’s been dead on their feet for 10 mins. Make 3 subs when the game’s beyond us.

Hard to be annoyed in some ways. We have played really well for the most part. Just some atrocious mistakes and soft goals to concede. Which is becoming a bit of a theme.

We've ran out if ideas.

They've used the wings and overlaps with ease in attacks second half.

Hall has had no protection from his winger to help contain attacks down the right side from Liverpool.

You deserve to be punished by stupid misplaced passes like we have tonight. Absolutely poor from us

I've been as critical of us as anyone lately, but sometimes you have to credit the opposition. We've been sloppy in moments but no other teams in the league are this ruthless at punishing it.

Only consolation I take is Salah even if he extends is getting on. Couple more seasons max and Liverpool won’t find someone of his calibre. Clutching I know.

He has always been terrible with his subs.

We’ve been the better team. They will come up with teams who can defend better than we can, they should have been down to 10 men, and we should have had a penalty.

We were the better team first half. They regrouped at half time and second half turned the game around. That’s what good things fk
