Andy Posted Friday at 18:38 Share Posted Friday at 18:38 I'd feel more confident if we were going to the Bernabeu tomorrow This one just has classic NUFC 2024 away performance written all over it.

I don't mind Willock at LCM, but he has appeared a bit too nonchalant this season.

He's been massively inconsistent. He did look sharp vs Brentford mid week, hopefully he will take that confidence with him.

Omari to produce a performance where he scores and assists to top it off.

Assuming it would be Longstaff, if not. Moving Bruno to LCM would leave us massively exposed down that side when Hall and Gordon push up. Plus the right hand side of Tino-Longstaff-Murphy doesn’t work. They’re all bad on the ball. Longstaff rarely plays left does he? He’s been bad when he has played there, from memory. Willock in makes the most sense and means the least disruption. For all that he has been inconsistent this season. He looked sharp and back to full speed when sprinting against Brentford, at least. TRC Posted Friday at 19:19 Share Posted Friday at 19:19 I feel like Willock is the classic overrated when he doesn’t play, underrated when he does. Hopefully he can have a strong game, feel like he needs it.

I dunno, feel like we've got a bit of momentum finally. It would be frustrating to be back to the poor form. It's a great chance to get a decent run on the go. samptime29 Posted yesterday at 00:23 Share Posted yesterday at 00:23 When we score early, it's usually good news for us. Important we are focused from the off. Hopefully Tonali will be full of zest.

Ikon
It’s time to show what we are made of if we mean business or not. I’m not worried about them at all, I’m more worried about us and what side will turn up. Get the attitude, focus and positive mentality right and we win this. We can’t keep losing so many away games. I’d like to see a very professional and controlled performance. Glasses in the pocket kind of day at the office. Edited 22 hours ago by Ikon
SUPERTOON
Keep Tonali in the same role as we have been and we should be okay.
TheBrownBottle
I’m going to go contrary to: i) NUFC away form last 12 months or so; ii) NUFC history in these types of matches and iii) NUFC Xmas form generally. I’m going for a breezy 4-1 to us. Isak brace.
