That game was like a microcosm of our season, when we're on it we're really good, like the first half, and when we're off it, we look really poor. Either way, we did enough over the game to win it, even if that second half was really jarring, and it was a really important win that gets us back in the Champions League places.

This summer has to be about sorting centre halves and few technical players further up. Need to be able to control games more, some of it is in how we deliberately try to play but need a different style sometimes to control games.

I’m aware there’s bigger problems than this off the back of that second half performance but I’m not sure Pope deserves to keep that spot. I’m not a Dubravka fan either but his kicking is awful and for a shot stopper that first goal was as bad as anything Dubravka didn’t get to.

Kudos to Forest but that was an appalling second half display. If Tonali hadn’t come on we would have lost that game, missing big Joe’s shithousery.

I'm not sure the instructions would have been to give the ball away constantly. That's on the players not the coach.
