El Prontonise Posted Friday at 11:43 Share Posted Friday at 11:43 Just now, ponsaelius said: It says in the instructions it's only from 1pm for ST holders so it won't be live yet. I don't think this is a ballot is it? It just seems like it's gauging interest for capacity/security etc? Yeah but why have different windows then if it's just registration? Unless it's just traffic management to the website.

mattypnufc Posted Friday at 11:43 Share Posted Friday at 11:43 Supporters will get the chance to see Eddie Howe and the first team players with the cup for the first time since last Sunday's famous win at Wembley. Newcastle United is working with its city partners to deliver a safe and enjoyable event. The club extends its thanks to the Freemen of Newcastle, Newcastle City Council, the North East Combined Authority, NE1, Nexus and the emergency services. Supporters are asked to register their interest to assist with planning (details below). It will feature a DJ, live band, 'Road to Wembley' highlights, a screening of the full cup final and special guests. The team will then proudly lift the Carabao Cup on stage - presenting the club's first domestic trophy for 70 years to the city. The celebrations will close with a spectacular show from club partner Sela and further event details will be published ahead of the show. Kid Icarus Posted Friday at 11:49 Share Posted Friday at 11:49 Newcastle Uni chose a great day for its post-application offer holder open day. They can't cancel it as well because all of the guests will have travel and accommodation booked.
GeordieDazzler Posted Friday at 11:49 Share Posted Friday at 11:49 Can I register interest for multiple people or will we have to do it all separately?
olliemort Posted Friday at 11:51 Share Posted Friday at 11:51 Wonder will it be on the website or somewhere live? Fucking typical mothers day and my moms 70th birthday dinner and i made a huge thing about everyone coming!
patrone Posted Friday at 11:52 Share Posted Friday at 11:52 Seen it all at Wembley so this is of no interest to me
Geogaddi Posted Friday at 11:55 Share Posted Friday at 11:55 If it's phased priority it sounds to me like everyone will get one until it sells out otherwise what's the point of doing it in phases .

Doctor Zaius Posted Friday at 11:57 Share Posted Friday at 11:57 Not sure why they can't have an open bus parade through the city like instead of having a ballot to stand in a field in March.
NE27 Posted Friday at 12:01 Share Posted Friday at 12:01 How does that work, I want to take bairns with me but not gonna happen as a sole ST holder. 1 bairn seems a bit Shan Just let us turn up and chaos ensue
NG32 Posted Friday at 12:02 Share Posted Friday at 12:02 Bit shit this like, having multiple events.
Miggys First Goal Posted Friday at 12:03 Share Posted Friday at 12:03 Apparent lack of open top bus parade is shite.
Fenham Mag Posted Friday at 12:03 Share Posted Friday at 12:03 Ruined the whole thing, send the cup back!
LiquidAK Posted Friday at 12:07 Share Posted Friday at 12:07 Disappointing there's looking like no parade, glad I didn't push the button on £450 flights and hotels for an event I might not even get into
TBG Posted Friday at 12:08 Share Posted Friday at 12:08 Would it be Mitchell or Silverstone responsible for these plans? Presumably with players involved Howe would have also needed to sign off on it?
UncleBingo Posted Friday at 12:09 Share Posted Friday at 12:09 (edited) That sounds utter wank in all honesty. Edited Friday at 12:39 by UncleBingo

Ketsbaia Posted Friday at 12:13 Share Posted Friday at 12:13 At first glance, this feels really disappointing. Hope I've misread it. A bus tour would've been the one. So I'm a Member, how do I get my brother, wife etc in? Is it possible?
samptime29 Posted Friday at 12:17 Share Posted Friday at 12:17 Put me right off this.
Kid Icarus Posted Friday at 12:17 Share Posted Friday at 12:17 Realistically I'm not sure how they can do anything about the amount of people who will be going along regardless. You would hope they're going to use enough of the town moor that it'll negate it all anyway, it's absolutely massive.
Leazes1986 Posted Friday at 12:18 Share Posted Friday at 12:18 Surely anyone who wants to go can just register on the website and get a supporter number, then apply tomorrow?
