Billy Warthog
Villa are simply superior on their own patch. We've beaten them and they've now beaten us. It's not a disaster, just makes things a bit tighter for the last 5 games. We're still in a good position. Only thing we can do now is make sure we put in a good performance v Ipswich, finish as high as we can (hopefully UCL) and build in the summer. Things aren't that bad! But yeah, forget about today. Mattoon
Villa are fast in transition and we let them cut through us with ease, too many players looked off today and were more of a bunch of 11 players rather than a team, no one showing for anyone and players running into dead ends, looking isolated all over the pitch. Fair play to Villa, they know how to play a ref and he's swallowed it in front of a baying crowd, but even without his help I think they've done enough to win this one. Most importantly we did the hard work last week that keeps us in 3rd and 4th at the very worst after this match week. We go again next week against Ipswich and this will all be forgotten as we stay in the top 4 for another week.
andycap
Cannot stand it when we bring gordon on and he goes straight in at left wing. When Barnes has played well there. Hoy gordon on the right should be what happens.
Ben
Howay lads, we can still win this
joeyt
Just now, The Butcher said: Yes it is. If. say Bruno, is tired, I wouldn't have a problem with him starting on the bench, even if the quality drops on paper. You absolutely would have a problem if Bruno was benched for one of our biggest games in the run in You can play the hindisght card but this place would have been up in arms if we'd started Longstaff, Miley, Krafth for this game and lost

We've just let them play their game. We've not even let them play their game. We've played right into their hands. Properly naive performance to be frank. Pilko
Bruno overhitting every single though ball today has been bloody infuriating.
KaKa
I don't think anyone has annoyed me more than Bruno today.

Donut
Proper shite today... We move on to Ipswich.

Still in a fantastic position in what is a fantastic season up to this point. No need to overreact to this when you look at everything. No need to indeed. But FFS we had one (hopefully WUM) clown on here saying that it's time to change managers, and calling us all happy clappers, after we beat Liverpool. HaydnNUFC
Scored 6 in the next game after getting battered in this fixture 2 years ago. If we’re not 5 up in 21 minutes, Tindall out imo.
PauloGeordio
As Glasner said after we pumped Palace 5-0. Some games you just have to put in the bin and regroup. This is one of them! Still 3rd. Lots to still play for. Next. HT fucking L
nufc123
There is NO point having Wilson on the pitch.
RobS
As soon as the 4th went in should have had Miles on for Bruno, can’t believe they are making him and Joe play another full 96+ minutes when their all clearly fucked, quite shocking game management
t00nt00n313
I was fully expecting a loss here and it's not the end of the world, but it was the way they lost it which has me worried. We have a tendency to go on a winning streak then be awful for 5 games or so and I really don't want that to be the case here. Really hope botman is back fit after Ipswich we could really do with him against Brighton and Chelsea.
